Phase Three.

When your heartrate passes the anaerobic threshold. Your use of adenosine triphosphate will begin to lag. Lactic acid will build up, your muscles will begin to ache. At that moment the central governor takes over. This is a system in the brain that is designed to protect the body. It puts a hold on the recruitment of muscle fibers and enforces the feeling of fatigue. Fighting this pain will soon become impossible and your brain forces your body to stop.
