Natalie Fyfe is an interdisciplinary artist based in the Hague, the Netherlands. Graduating in 2013 from the Leeds College of Art with a Bachelor in (Interdisciplinary) Art, she was awarded a graduate fellowship from Leeds College of Art, for her sensory installation White Matter/Gray Matter. Since then Natalie has been an artist in residence at both Enjoy Art space, Leeds and The Den experiment, exhibiting and participating in events across the UK. Natalie is currently undergoing her masters in ArtScience at the Royal Conservatoire and the Royal Academy of Art The Hague. Her current research is fuelled by a curiosity in neurology and psychology. Natalie undergoes a series of psychological and physiological experiments in order to explore the mind as a medium, which usually take shape as performance, sensory installation and video. She explores themes like sensory deprivation, obsessions, repetitions, routines and perception.
