Exercises as a means to facilitate encounters. I mean encounter as a space of attention, reflection and wonder in human interaction. This translates (ideally) into an openness, allowing for a felt perception of the other as a living, breathing entity, by redirecting one’s attention to subtler forms of non-verbal communication -usually physiological- in an unconventional environment, so that it may be granted space for consideration.
